The hotel is in a great location, so close to all the sights in Florence where there is just so much history to see. It's also very close to the train station, which is a big plus. The rooms are clean and cool, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and there is even a coffee corner available to guests. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi, although there were some issues with connectivity in the past.

The bathroom could use some updating, as it looked old and not like the pictures online.

Nice and cleaned rooms! Close to restaurant and the old cities. Receptionist speaks multiple languages and is open 24/7. Superb position next to the train station. Ideally situated near the Duomo and market. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Helpful staff. Clean and spacious bedroom.
